SelectCleaning is setup to handle NDIS cleaning work - from service agreements , support logs & dispute proceedures through to invoicing plan managers or agencies.
Cleaning exactly as you want it done takes time. So we are committed to working with you to understand your needs and then to tailor our service to your needs. We have a communication book that is left onsite so you can leave notes for your team. We also touch base from time to time to ensure we are meeting your needs. We expect our customers to tell us if we are getting it wrong knowing that we are happy to listen and learn.
We know that customers are concerned about how their homes are cleaned. Therefore we are all trained to clean so that cross contamination does not happen within your home. As an example we have a simple process to ensure that once a cloth is used on the toilet it is not used again until it has been thoroughly laundered - that's why you will see us with large bags of spare cloths!
We also know that you are very careful of whom you let into your home. Therefore all of the owner operators who work with SelectCleaning are police checked before they even start training. This gives you the peace of mind to know that the people in your home are not only known to us but screened.
